Your Support Creates Opportunity

Together, we can build a future where every individual, regardless of ability, rises to their full potential. There are many meaningful ways to support Ryan's Rise Up Cafe. Every form of involvement helps us create opportunity, belonging, and purpose.

Ways to Get Involved

Volunteer Your Time and Talents

We welcome community members of all ages and experience levels who are looking to give their time through consistent in-house support. No prior experience is required. Volunteers receive guidance and support from our team to ensure they feel confident, prepared, and valued.

Volunteers play an essential role in creating a supportive, encouraging, and welcoming environment where individuals with disabilities can learn, grow, and thrive in a real-world work setting.

We also welcome individuals with specialized skills that help our mission grow. This includes experience in occupational therapy, special education, job coaching, photography, design, social media marketing, and other professional or creative services. If you have a skill you believe could make a difference, we would love to hear from you.

“Coming into this cafe, and getting to know a new friendly face every time I do, has truly brought joy into my life. In a time where so much of what you hear can bring you down, this is a place that truly helps you rise.”
